Digital application processes
Have you applied for a job with us? Quite simple, right?
Thanks to our modern applicant management system, we can review your application documents promptly, organise the application process efficiently and give you feedback in the shortest possible time.
We will then contact you by telephone or via a video conferencing system for an initial interview. You can easily arrange an appointment with the recruiter responsible directly in the relevant job advert.
If it is not possible to meet in person, we will contact you via WhatsApp, Teams, Viber, Zoom or Skype.
Digital onboarding
Trenkwalder's onboarding processes are largely digitalised and automated. Contracts are drawn up online and sent to you by post. Depending on whether you start internally at Trenkwalder or at one of our clients, you will receive all the necessary documents in the way you prefer: electronically, by post or in person.
All training and health and safety measures take place via our online portal. As an internal employee, you will receive access to the Trenkwalder intranet. Here you can access all relevant information about the company and important processes.
Your workplace will be prepared for you in advance so that you can get started quickly. This will be organised either by the company where you are employed or by Trenkwalder itself.
